St Austell Brewery Visitor Centre

St Austell Brewery, since it first started over 150 years ago, has grown to become a very well known and successful business. It is still an independent, family owned brewer, which now supplies over 2,000 trade customers.

Visit the interactive museum, where you can learn about the history of the brewery and it's Cornish roots. You can see the brewing process first hand, before sampling some of the award winning ales. Look out for special events and gigs at the brewery.

Cornish Cyder Farm

A fully working cider farm, that makes over forty types of delicious fruit products. Free of charge, you can take your own self-guided tour of the farm and see how they make traditional scrumpy, ciders, wines, jams and spirits. You can take a tractor and trailer ride through the orchards, and children can meet friendly farm animals.

However, for a complete experience and to gain access to the museum, distillery and underground cellars, you can pay for a guided tour with a resident expert, who will explain all the processes involved as you walk through the different areas. The tour includes a tractor and trailer ride through the orchards. Then, you can finish off with a comprehensive sampling of the products made on the farm.

All the products are also available to try, and to purchase from the farm shop, if anything takes your fancy!
