Caravan Types

Type B - 25' x 12'

Three of our two bedroom holiday homes are our newest caravans - two were new in 2018 and one is brand new for 2019. There is an attractive wooden decking area outside running the whole length of the holiday homes, which is perfect for sundowners, plus a picnic table/seating for alfresco dining. The large open plan kitchen, dining and living area has a vaulted ceiling making it feel light and airy, with cream kitchen units and fresh, modern furnishings and carpets. There is plenty of seating in the comfortable lounge and dining areas with a full-size table which is perfect for family meals. The stylish kitchen is well designed and laid out, with granite effect work surfaces, and is equipped with everything you may need. The spacious double bedroom covers the width of the caravan, with dressing table area and double wardrobe, and the twin bedded room is also a good size, plus additional sleeping space on a pull-out double bed in the lounge. One of the single beds can be removed from the twin room if required, either to accommodate a cot (which can be provided) or to give single occupants extra space. These holiday homes enjoy stunning sea views across St Austell bay, with the brand new 2019 caravan also enjoying views across the private orchard and garden. The shower room is spacious, with a fully enclosed walk-in shower unit and fresh, modern decor. The footpath to Fowey (which is a 50 minute walk across our farmland and through the woods) is located alongside the holiday home. The attention to detail and contemporary decor make these caravans the perfect choice for your holiday. They sleep 4-6 people, and one of these holiday homes is pet-friendly.

Type C - 12' x 28' 

These two holiday homes have had all their lounge and dining seating reupholstered in Acquaclean fabric for the 2019 season, giving them a fresh new look. The vaulted ceiling in the lounge, kitchen and dining area, combined with large windows taking in the beautiful sea views, add an extra dimension to these airy and spacious holiday homes. Modern fabrics and furnishings create a relaxing environment so that you can make the most of your Cornish holiday. There is an outside wooden decking area running the length of the holiday home, which is perfect for sundowners and enjoying the view, plus a picnic table for alfresco dining and an open grass area in front of the holiday homes. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cater for either couples or larger families and has ample cooking space plus a full sized sink and oven. The double and twin beds have fully sprung mattresses for comfort with ample storage beneath. Additional sleeping for two people can be found in the lounge area which features an easy to pull out double bed. The double bedroom has a spacious walk -in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The shower room is surprisingly generous with an enclosed shower cubicle and shelving for toiletries. Sleeps 4-6 people. Pets are permitted in one of our type C holiday homes.

Type D - 30' x 12'

Spacious interiors and lovely sea views make these two extra wide holiday homes a popular choice. The comfortable open-plan living area has large windows which look out across St Austell bay and the campsite, and the dining area has a good-sized round table for family meals. One of these holiday homes has outside decking area where you can sit and watch the sun go down and enjoy the stunning sea views, drink in hand, and both have a wooden picnic bench for al fresco dining. The generous-sized kitchens are equipped with everything you may need, with full-size sinks and large ovens making it easy to cater for a family. They have one double and one twin bedroom, both with ample wardrobe and cupboard storage space. One of the single beds can be removed from the twin room if required, either to accommodate a cot (which can be provided) or to give a single occupant extra space. An easy to pull out double guest bed can be found under the lounge seating. The bathrooms comprise of crisp white sink and toilet and high gloss shower cubicle with glass door. The campsite games room, with table tennis and table football, is nearby. These holiday homes sleep 4-6 people. One of our type D holiday homes allows pets. 

Type G - 36' x 12'

These larger three bedroom holiday homes provide generous living accommodation and sleep up to 8 people. The well-planned interior includes a comfortable lounge space enhanced by large windows, with quality sprung seating, plus a family-sized dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cater for family meals, and the three bedrooms have double (main bedroom) and twin beds (two smaller bedrooms) with fully sprung mattresses, wall heaters and plenty of fitted storage space. One of the single beds can be removed to accommodate a cot (which can be provided if required) and there is also a fold-out sprung bed in the lounge for extra sleeping space. The fitted shower room has a fully enclosed shower cubicle, sink and shelving for toiletries plus a heated towel rail. There is also a separate toilet room with its own hand basin. These two holiday homes are in the middle of the caravan field so have no direct neighbours, with a picnic bench for alfresco dining and your own open grass area for relaxing and sunbathing. Sleeps 6-8 people (maximum 6 adults). One of our type G holiday homes is pet-friendly.

Type H  35' x 12'

This high specification holiday home features double glazing and central heating which create a warm and cosy environment. The full length floor to ceiling window in the comfortable lounge and light modern furnishings throughout give this holiday home a relaxed and airy atmosphere. There is a sprung foldout bed for extra sleeping space in the lounge. The well laid out kitchen features a brand new cooker and is equipped with everything you may need, and the dining area has ample space for enjoying family meals. The master bedroom has built in wardrobes and plenty of storage, and the twin bedded rooms also have a wardrobe, cupboard space and a bedside table. One of the single beds can be removed to accommodate a cot (which can be provided if required). The shower room contains a fully enclosed shower, ceramic sink and toilet, plus there is a second toilet with a small hand basin for ease of use. Sleeps 6-8 people. Unfortunately pets are not permitted in our type H holiday home.

Type E 35' x 12'

This large two bedroom holiday home has huge windows across the width of the lounge area and so feels spacious, light and airy. Located at the top of the campsite, it commands arguably the best 180 degree sea views across the campsite and St Austell Bay, and is tucked in the corner of the holiday home field for extra privacy. There is a picnic table/seating which is perfect for eating outside on warmer days. The spacious open plan living and dining areas have freshly cleaned upholstery and furnishings, with a large round dining table for family meals. The stylish kitchen is equipped with everything you need including full-size fridge, sink and cooker. The generously-sized double bedroom has two single wardrobes, storage space and dressing table and it is the only one of our holiday homes to feature an ensuite (toilet and sink) in the double bedroom. The twin bedded room is also a good size, with wardrobe and ample storage space, plus views of one of our more ancient oak trees. There is a second entrance at the rear of the holiday home for ease of access. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in our type E holiday home.
