Static Conditions of Booking – 2008
- Your holiday home will be available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of hire and to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- The number of persons occupying the holiday home shall not exceed the number of berths.
- A deposit of £30 per week is required for each holiday home booked. This is not refundable except in extreme circumstance.
- The balance to be paid 3 weeks before arrival date.
- The person making the booking must be a member of the party and over the age of 18 and will be responsible for all members of the party.
- Smoking – In consideration of the majority of our customers we would politely ask, if at all possible, that smoking is conducted outside the holiday home or only inside if all efforts are made to dispel the odour.
- One car only can be parked by the side of the holiday home. Additional cars can be parked in a designated area advised by Reception. Boats and trailers to be parked in a designated area (not next to the holiday home) advised by Reception on day of arrival.
- Dogs are allowed in specified holiday homes by prior arrangement. The number and size of dogs is at the Park Owners discretion. Well-behaved dogs are welcome but they must not be left unattended in the holiday home at any time or left in the care of children. They are to be kept under control at all times and not exercised off the lead whilst on Penhale Caravan Park. Reception will advise on suitable walks and exercise areas in the local vicinity for dogs. Please bring your own dog bedding.
- Neither the proprietors nor their staff accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage sustained by the occupants of the holiday home whether adult or children, or their property during the period they or any of them are at the holiday park (except when it arises from the negligence of the company, its staff or agents).
- All holidaymakers agree to abide by the Park rules and regulations throughout their stay. These are displayed in Reception and in the holiday home.
- We suggest that holiday cancellation insurance is considered.
Touring Conditions of Booking – 2008
- Your pitch will be available from 12.00 noon onwards.
- Please vacate the pitch by 11.30 am on your day of departure.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst at Penhale.
- Breathable groundsheets only please in awnings.
- We request that no excessive noise is made after 10.00 p.m. for the benefit of all people on the site.
- Wet suits and/or accompanying equipment are not to be washed in the showers or shower block (ask at Reception).
- As the site is 'open plan' there is a speed restriction of 10 m.p.h. for vehicles going to and from your pitch.
