Holiday Homes – Conditions of Booking
- To secure your holiday home booking, a deposit of £50 per van will be required. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- The full balance is payable up to three weeks before arrival. Please make cheques payable to Penhale Caravan Park.
- The person making the booking must be a member of the party and over 21, and will be responsible for all members of the party.
- The number of people occupying each holiday home must not exceed the number of berths.
- Your holiday home will be available from 3.00pm on the day of hire, and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
- Inconsideration of the majority of our customers, we politely ask that ifat all possible, smoking is conducted outside the holiday home, or onlyinside if every effort is made to dispel the odour. Strictly no smoking in the bedrooms.
- Usuallyonly one car to be parked alongside each holiday home. If you haveextra cars, or a boat or trailer, please ask at reception and we canadvise you on where best to park them. Please also remember there is a 5mph speed limit around the park.
- Wellbehaved dogs are very welcome at Penhale, in designated holiday homes.The size and number of dogs is at the park owner’s discretion. Dogsmust not be left unattended in the holiday home without prior discussion. They are to be keptunder control at all times and not exercised off the lead on thecaravan park. Reception will advise on suitable walks and exerciseareas in the vicinity. Please clear up after your dog. Also, keep dogsoff beds and furnishings in your holiday home and bring your own dogbedding.
- Only duvets, duvet covers, and pillows areprovided. Sheets and pillow cases must be used however and should bebought with you, or they can be hired. Please respect our bedding as ifit were your own.
- Neither the owners,nor their staff, accept liability for any personal injury, loss ordamage sustained during the period of your stay. (Except when it arisesfrom the negligence of the company, it’s staff or agents.)
- All visitors agree to abide by the park rules and regulations throughout their stay. These are displayed in reception.
- Pleasebear in mind that by making a booking you are entering into anagreement, and if you cancel your booking for any reason, you are stillresponsible for the full amount. We will however, make every effort tore-let the holiday home on your behalf and refund you the money. Westrongly recommend that holiday insurance is considered.
